How to use Portable busbar machine?

Preparation

Check & Setup: Inspect DXJ™ hydraulics and dies; prepare the correct copper/aluminum busbars.

Secure & Align: Place the busbar on the workbench and adjust fixtures for accurate alignment.

 

Operation

Select Unit: Turn the directional valve to the required cutting, punching, or bending station.

Execute: Turn on the hydraulic system and press the foot pedal to complete processing.

Please note that the actual punching capacity for the same die specification (e.g., Φ13) may vary across different DXJ™ machine models. Regardless of the equipment, we strictly recommend that the busbar thickness never exceed the die's rated limit—for instance, the maximum allowable processing thickness for a Φ7 die is 6mm.
