Our 3 in 1 CNC busbar machine is composed of bending, punching and cutting units, equipped with three independent hydraulic stations. Three working stations can operate simultaneously without mutual interference. It realizes burr-free, no collapse angle and no waste in copper busbar cutting.
Adopted with 100% pure copper motor, Cr12MoV punching die and 45# forging bending die for long service life and high wear resistance. The bending unit is equipped with Siemens PLC system, supporting 6 basic bending types including L-shaped, Z-shaped and U-shaped, with customized special bending angles available. Bending accuracy reaches ±0.5°.Siemens PLC control system, stable and reliable, angle direct transmission, with memory, supports English/Russian/Thai/more languages.

How to buy a suitable CNC busbar machine
Our DXJ™ engineering team recommends the ideal busbar machine model based on the maximum thickness and width of your processing materials. Our 3-in-1 busbar machine series offers three models equipped with 300KN, 500KN, and 800KN hydraulic pumps, capable of processing copper busbars up to 12mm/160mm, 16mm/250mm, and 20mm/300mm respectively.
Different from our 3-in-1 series, the bending and cutting units in the DXJ™ CNC busbar machine are each equipped with a servo stopper featuring an effective stroke of 1000mm for precise material positioning. The punching unit is integrated with dual servo stoppers—a length servo stopper with a 1000mm effective stroke and a width servo stopper with a 150mm effective stroke—commanding absolute accuracy for the X-axis and Y-axis coordinates of busbar punching.
