Mass-produced busbars feature excellent consistency and fully conform to design drawings without secondary grinding. This greatly reduces waste of copper and aluminum raw materials and eliminates electrical faults such as cabinet overheating and short circuits from the source.

Copper and aluminum busbars have vastly different thermal expansion coefficients. Temperature changes create mechanical stress at contact points between busbars and components, loosening contacts and causing current fluctuations that lead to frequent equipment shutdowns. Ordinary busbar machines lack material adaptive compensation and use identical parameters for both copper and aluminum, delivering poorly compatible finished products. Our CNC busbar machines are built with an intelligent multi-material compensation module. Operators can set independent bending compensation parameters for pure copper and pure aluminum to counteract thermal deformation stress from temperature shifts. Contact points remain tightly attached long-term for stable current output, drastically lowering tripping and overheating failures.
