In June 2025, our team welcomed key partners from CUBIC POWER (M) SDN BHD, a leading power distribution solutions provider in Malaysia, for the final factory inspection of their custom 415V DXJ-303CN CNC Busbar Bending Machine The collaboration began with a clear challenge: CUBIC POWER needed a robust, reliable three-in-one busbar punching, shearing, and bending machine tailored to Malaysia’s 415V industrial power grid, capable of handling high-volume copper and aluminum busbar production for switchgear and distribution panels. Our engineering team worked closely with the client to refine every detail — from the machine’s blue industrial-grade finish to the precision dies optimized for clean cuts and accurate bends.

During the on-site inspection, the CUBIC POWER team tested the 303SK-B unit across all critical functions: high-speed punching for busbar holes, clean shearing of flat copper bars, and precision forming for electrical busbar fabrication. The team was particularly impressed by the machine’s smooth operation under 415V power, and how the three-station design streamlined their workflow, eliminating the need for multiple separate machines.
