DXJ-30CN CNC Busbar Bending Machine

Model DXJ-303CN Busbar Bending Machine is equipped with three independent hydraulic stations, allowing three working stations to operate simultaneously without mutual interference.

It comes with complete standard dies: round holes  Φ7/Φ9/Φ11/Φ13/Φ17/Φ21mm, oblong hole: Φ13×18, Φ17×21. It is also fitted with 3 sets of flat bending dies, 1 set of vertical bending die, 1 set of U-bending die and 1 set of embossing die.

The punching unit adopts three-positioning design with laser positioning, double ruler positioning and positioning pin. All punching dies have passed fatigue test, which can continuously punch 50,000 holes stably. The punching speed reaches 0.2 minutes per hole, with minimum hole diameter φ3.2mm and maximum hole diameter φ35mm.

The bending unit accuracy is ±0.5°. It processes busbars with minimum size 3mm thickness ×20mm width and maximum size 15mm thickness ×160mm width.

The shearing middle beam is integrally cast with 11cm thickened design, never loose after long-term use. It is suitable for processing copper and aluminum busbars within 160mm width and 15mm thickness. Equipped with original precision polished shaft, anti-rust and non-deformable for long service life.

Shearing cylinder parameters: outer diameter 200mm, inner diameter 160mm, piston rod diameter 80mm, shearing force up to 500KN. It realizes burr-free, corner-collapse-free and scrap-free copper busbar shearing.

Adopt 100% pure copper motor with 5-year warranty. Punching dies are made of Cr12MoV steel, bending dies are forged by 45# steel, high hardness and wear resistance.

Built-in Siemens PLC control system with stable performance, direct angle input and data memory function. It supports multi-language including English, Russian, Thai and Vietnamese.
