DXJ-80CN Copper Busbar Machine

This DXJ-803ESK busbar processing machine has three independently working hydraulic stations for punching, shearing and bending. The three stations can work at the same time without affecting each other. The standard molds are complete: round holes Φ7/Φ9/Φ11/Φ13/Φ17/Φ21, oblong holes Φ13×18, Φ17×21, plus 2 sets of flat bends .

The three unit cylinders all adopt a total diameter of 245mm/inner diameter of 190mm/piston rod of 120mm/pressure of 800KN. The punching adopts three positioning methods: laser + double scale + positioning pin. The punching molds have all passed the fatigue test, and 5,000 holes can be punched continuously without failure, 0.2 minutes/hole, and the minimum hole diameter is φ3.2mm. The maximum hole diameter is φ35mm. The bending accuracy is ±0.5°, the minimum processing is 3mm thick and 20mm wide, and the maximum processing is 20mm thick and 300mm wide. Double column shearing, smooth cross section, no burrs, no scrap, and no sagging corners. The 100% pure copper motor has a 5-year warranty, Cr12MoV punching die, and 45# forging and bending die, which are durable and wear-resistant. Siemens PLC control system, stable and reliable, direct angle input, with memory, supports English/Russian/Thai/Vietnamese languages.
